Investing in innovation for a more sustainable, healthy & equitable world.
We invest in early-stage Canadian founders, catalyzing scalability and meaningful impact.

We believe there is a massive opportunity to generate attractive returns and positive change by investing in early-stage Canadian businesses. We focus on companies with values-driven, diverse leadership seeking to scale solutions where profitability is aligned with a positive influence on people or the planet.
Many structural tailwinds are creating dynamic impact investment opportunities in climate and health. We aim to fill the gap of pre-seed and seed funding for these companies in Canada and invite you to join us.
As a fund built by a global accelerator, we’ve worked with thousands of companies at all stages. We leverage Spring’s resources and network to provide you with the tools, knowledge, connections and mentorship to fuel your business growth.
We’re focused on building strong and sustainable businesses. To achieve this, we’re seeking founders with a growth mindset, driven to make a positive change in the world, open to input and committed to impact and diversity measurement.
