Graham Day

Graham was previously the Chief Investment Officer at Spring, providing programming for startup entrepreneurs and impact investors. He’s also a former Investment Manager at LGT Impact (now Lightrock with $3b AUM) leading climate and agriculture diligence. former CFO of Sistema.bio, a global regenerative agriculture company and ex-Oliver Wyman.

Graham has a Masters degree from the Johns Hopkins University in Economics, with a specialization in Energy, Environment and Resources. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Sauder School of Business. Over his professional career, Graham has been fortunate to work and live in seven countries spanning North America, Europe and Latin America.

Olivia Hornby

Olivia is a Former VP at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, in the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection team. Former consultant to Vancity’s impact investing fund portfolio, investor relations at a $5bn London-based hedge fund and portfolio advisor at RBC Dominion Securities. She holds the Canadian Investment Manager designation and  has been previously licensed by securities regulators in Canada (Advising Representative), US (Series 32 and 7), and the UK.

She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University with a concentration in Finance and minor in Socio-Cultural Anthropology. She has a keen interest in supporting women entrepreneurs and investors and sits on the Board of the Association of Women in Finance.

Keith Ippel

Keith is the founder and Co-CEO of Spring and the Spring Collective. With over 25 years of experience as a leader in technology & impact businesses and as an angel investor, he has accelerated the growth of both small and large companies and raised over $80m in angel investment and venture capital.

Keith has trained more than 400 impact entrepreneurs on investment readiness and raising capital, including Hootsuite (first three rounds), StoryTap, SocialNature, Foodee ($200m exit), Ministry of Programming, ehsAI (acquired), Brightkit (acquired; 3x in 2 years), Careteam, and FoodMesh.Keith has MBA from Ivey Business School (Western University) where he was the MBA Class President.  He also has a Honours Bachelor’s of Business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
